Okay let's start out with another heat wave and another week of dreaming about cooler weather so that someday I can run again. Ollie may lose every brain cell she has waiting on this weather to cool down. Even the shop was pretty unbearable this week, but I did get four work outs in: Two lower body, one upper body and one push work out.
Also, we started back to school. First day of the last day of middle school. Sigh. Time slow down.

And the rest of the week was spent doing race things or sitting in the heat at races. Quick trip to Topeka to dop off the black and green car so that one of our racing families could borrow it and race in World Formula.

Dirt racing with the dirt fam. Hank won two races and Micah won his heat. Plus, we got to see lots of other TKQMA alumni tearing up the dirt track. Andrew actually uttered the words that he would like to drive on dirt. WRITE THAT DOWN!
